Your monthly assesments

All assessments are due and payable on the first (1st) day of each month. If payments are not received by the fifteenth (15th) of the month, late fees and processing fees will be assessed. Therefore, when paying with a check & coupon or your personal bill pay service through your bank, provide plenty of time for the U.S. mail service.

The Board of Directors will not at anytime, under any conditions waive any assessment, late fees, processing fees, attorney fees, interest, etc. as a result of late payments and/or payment for less than the entire amount (short payments) of the monthly assessment.

Payment options

There are several options to pay your monthly assessment payments:

Monthly check:

Mail all payments with coupon to; SouthPark HOA #2, C/o First National Bank, PO Box 2769, Littleton, CO 80161 If you do not have coupons, please contact Advanced Property Management at 720-489-5000, extension #3 to request new coupons.

Auto Withdrawal (EFT/ACH):

This program is a free service administered by Advanced Property Management (APM). Each month the assessment payment will be automatically transferred from your bank account of choice. The assessment is withdrawn on the 5th business day of each month. To participate in this program, please click here to download the "Auto Withdrawal Initiation Form" and follow the instructions. To make payments by credit card or e-check, click here to be redirected to DuesPayment's web page. You can either pay by credit card or e-check (electronically from your checking account). Additional charges may apply.

Bill Pay Service:

If your personal bank offers this service, you can direct them to make payments from your checking/savings account. This is a service between you and your bank. Please make sure that you provide your bank with the correct mailing address for making payments, the correct monthly assessment amount and account number (see coupon booklet). Make sure payment will be received prior to the 15th day of the month to avoid late fees and processing fees. It is strongly recommended setting up the 1st day of each month with your bank for processing.


IMPORTANT: Advanced Property Management does accept payments at their office, Monday - Thursday 9am to 4:30pm, Friday 9am to 3pm. There is also a dropbox labeled Advanced Properties at the entrance of the building. No cash or money order in the dropbox.
